德國音樂家李查.華格納(Richard Wagner)提出「總體藝術品(Gesamtkunstwerk: Total Artwork)的概念,他認為唯有將音樂、歌曲、舞蹈、詩、視覺藝術,與寫作、編劇、及表演相結合,才能夠產生一種全面涵蓋人類感官系統的藝術經驗,也唯有打破藝術領域間的界線,才有機會創作出最完整的藝術作品。在今日的數位時代,電腦技術突飛猛進,如果廣義的去看待「總體藝術品」的概念,其實與互動藝術及多媒體、跨領域的創作趨勢不謀而合。本文將先敘述數位時代的美學轉變,之後針對作者權的轉移、多媒體與跨領域趨勢以及互動性等觀念及作品進行探討,以立總體藝術之美學觀。

Abstract
.
Richard Wagner , a Germany musician, issued the concept of Total Artwork (Gesamtkunstwerk). He thought only combining music, dance, poetry, visual art, writing, and performance can bring the experience of Art with all human sense and only breaking the gap of the art field can have change to create the most complete art work. In the digital era today, the technology of computer makes a mighty advance. If generally treating the concept of Total Artwork, it is similar tothe trend of interactive art, multimedia and inter-disciplinary. This study will discuss the change of the aesthetics in the digital era. It will also probe into the transition of author’s right, the trend of multimedia and inter-disciplinary, interactivity and the work related to them so that the result of research can more profound and valuable.
